Texas Forty Two is published by RAT Industries, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: we do not collect any data.
None. The app does not collect, store, or transmit personal information, usage data, location, contacts, identifiers, or diagnostics to us or to any third party. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking.
Your game settings and statistics are saved only on your own device so the game remembers your preferences. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.
Optional subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email, or payment details. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Because the app collects no data, it collects no information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
